平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗耳鼻咽喉部血管瘤75例临床效果探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨平阳霉素注射治疗咽喉部血管瘤的临床效果。方法 75例咽喉部血管瘤患者被随机分为实验组(n=39)和对照组(n=36),对照组给予博来霉素联合地塞米松治疗,实验组给予平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗。结果两组在总有效率、显效率方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组疗效显著优于对照组,在用药副反应方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论平阳霉素联合地塞米松应用于咽喉部血管瘤的治疗,能显著提高临床效果、改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of pingyangmycin in hemangioma at laryngealpartofpharynx.Methods 75 cases of patients with hemangioma at laryngealpartofpharynx were randomly divided into experimental group(n=39) and control group(n=36).Control group was given therapy of bleomycin combined with dexamethasone;experimental group was given therapy of pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone.Results The total effective rate and excellent rate in experimental group were signifi cantly better than that in control group(P<0.05),and side reaction in two groups showed no signifi cant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone used in therapy of hemangioma at laryngealpartofpharynx.can signifi cantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.更多还原
