芪益强肾饮对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠肾组织PDGF和FN的影响

【摘要】 目的观察中药复方芪益强肾饮对系膜增生性肾炎大鼠肾组织血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)的影响。方法试验大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、芪益强肾饮组、肾炎康复片组。制备系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠模型;以芪益强肾饮、肾炎康复片灌胃;免疫组化法观察各组大鼠肾组织中PDGF和FN的表达情况。结果芪益强肾饮组及肾炎康复片组大鼠肾组织系膜细胞中PDGF、FN的表达均降低,芪益强肾饮组更为明显。结论芪益强肾饮对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠肾组织中PDGF和FN的表达有抑制作用,可能会延缓肾小球疾病的发展,在防治肾小球硬化方面有帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of PDGF and FN in rats mesangilproliferative glomerulonephritis.Methods Eperimental rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal group,model group,traditional Chinese medicine Qiyiqiangshenyin group and Shenyankangfupian group.Rat models of mesangil proliferative glomerulonephritis were estabilish.Qiyiqiangshenyin and Shenyankangfupian were given to the tow rats’groups.Results The Immunohistochenical staining showd the expression of PDGF and FN in rats renal tissue was lower compared with the model group.Conclusion Qiyiqiangshenyin could induce the expression of PDGF and FN and resist glomerular sclerosis and postpone the course of chronic renal failure.更多还原
