激光微创治疗神经根型颈椎病的护理体会

【摘要】 目的总结应用激光治疗仪经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗神经根型颈椎病的护理体会。方法对32例神经根型颈椎病患者进行充分的术前准备,及术后康复护理。结果治疗32例,随访6～28个月,按照Macnab法评分,优良率为90.6%,术后无感染及其他并发症发生。结论术前准备充分,术中良好配合及术后康复护理能够得到满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize nursing experience of percutaneous laser disc decompression in treating nerve root type of cervical spondylitis.Methods 32 patients were all well prepared pre-operative and past-operative healing nursing.Results 32 patients were followed-up for 6～28 months,according to Macnab score standard,the excellent and good rate was 90.6%,and with no complication.Conclusion Well pre-operative preparation,intensive surgical cooperation and past-operative healing nursing can achieve satisfactory effect.更多还原
