【摘要】 目的总结X线监视下经皮胃造瘘术的护理体会。方法对7例患者X线监视下经皮胃造瘘术进行护理。结果通过术前宣教、术中及术后护理,及时掌握患者病情并采取积极处理,预防和减轻了并发症的发生。结论护士全面掌握此方法的整个流程,术前、术中、术后细致的护理是保证PEG成功及预防和减少并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing experience in gastrostomy under the X-ray surveillance. Methods Nursing experience of 7 cases with gastrostomy under the X-ray surveillance were summarized. Results Preoperative missionary,intraoperative and postoperative care were done to grasp the patient’s condition and take an active treatment,prevention and mitigation of the complications. Conclusion Complete control of the entire process of this method in nurses,preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care can ensure PEG success and prevent and reduce complications.更多还原
