532nm激光治疗缺血型视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床观察
【摘要】 目的探讨532nm半导体激光治疗缺血型视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床效果。方法采用532nm半导体激光治疗缺血型视网膜分支静脉阻塞103例(103眼),光斑直径200~500μm,时间0.1~0.3s,光斑间距1.0~1.5个光斑,每次击射300~500点,出现三级光斑为准;黄斑灌注区采用II级光斑反应,激光后3个月复查眼底荧光血管造影(FFA),必要时补充光凝。结果显效81只眼(78.64%),有效21只眼(20.39%),无效1只眼(0.97%),总有效率99.03%。视力提高者62眼(60.19%);不变36眼(34.95%);下降5眼(4.85%)。结论532nm激光治疗缺血型视网膜分支静脉阻塞安全有效,能促进水肿、出血、渗出的吸收,阻止并发症的发生,保护患者视力,激光治疗早期优于晚期。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of 532 nm laser in treating ischemic branch retinal vein occlusion.Methods One hundred and three ischemic branch retinal vein occlusion cases(103 eyes) were treated by 532nm laser,spot diameter is 200~500μm, time is 0.1~0.3s, spot spacing is 1.0~1.5 spot.Slap shot 300~500 points per time to reach tertiary light spot.Photo coagulation reaction was controlled at grade Ⅱ in macular.perfusion area.The fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) was performed at 3 months after the treatment.When necessary, further photocoagulation was done.Results Prominent effective was 81 pcs eyes(78.64%), 21 pcs eyes(20.39%)valid, 1 pcs eyes(0.97%)invalid, the total effective percentage was 99.03%.62 eyes(60.19%) had improved visual acuity, 36 eyes(34.95%) had invalid treatment, and 5 eyes had decreased treatment, the percentage was 4.85%.Conclusion 532nm laser photocoagulaton is obviously effective in the treatment of ischemic branch retinal vein occlusion.Laser treatment can promote absorption of edema, hemorrhage and exudation, avoid of complications, and protect the eyesight of the patient.The earlier the treatment is done, the better curative effect will get.
