【摘要】 目的探讨主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术的护理要点,进一步提高临床效果。方法术前全面评估病情,加强血压、周围动脉搏动、疼痛观察及护理,做好心理护理,术中密切配合,术后监测血液动力学,预防感染,肾功能不全、内漏等并发症观察与护理。结果18例患者均在全麻下成功施行了主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术,15例痊愈,3例好转。结论通过主动脉夹层的术前、术中、术后观察与护理,对于手术顺利进行、提高疗效,减少并发症具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the care of patients with critical aortic dissection received endovascular exclusion to enhance the clinical effects.Methods Condition was assessed preoperatively.The blood pressure,peripheral arterial pulse and pain were observed and good psychological care was done.Patients were in close cooperation,and postoperative hemodynamic monitoring,prevention of infection,renal insufficiency,internal leakage and other complications observed and care were done.Results 18 patients were under general anesthesia in the successful implementation of the aortic dissection with endovascular exclusion,15 cases recovered,3 cases improved.Conclusion The preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative observation and care were important for the operations,and those may help to improve efficacy and reduce complications.更多还原
