老年人社区护理探讨

【摘要】 目的探索适应我国国情的老年社区护理措施。方法对社区老年慢性病患者实施社区整体护理;对慢性病高危人群进行社医健康干预;在社区内进行健康教育活动。结果社区老年人不良生活习惯的改正率为60%;临界高血压患者高血压的发生率下降了27.87%,糖耐量减低患者糖尿病的发病率下降了3.9%;98.2%的患者对社区护理表示满意;超过70%的慢性病人选择家庭治疗。结论社区护理为老年人提供了全面、方便、有效的护理服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the measures for old people community nursing which meets the national conditions of our country.Methods Whole nursing was implied on the community’s old chronic disease patient;society’s medicine intervention was carried on to the high-risk group of chronic disease healthily;the health educational activities was carried on in the community.Results The correction rate of the elderly’s bad habits and customs of the community is 60%;critical hypertension incidence of patients of hypertension drop 27.87%,morbidity of patients of sugar tolerance lower drop by 3.9%;98.2%of the patients are satisfied with the community nursing;Over 70%of chronic patients selectthe family’s treatments.Conclusion The community has offered in an all-round way,convenient and effective nursing service for the elderly.更多还原
