口腔颌面部鳞癌的手术切除及修复重建36例临床分析

【摘要】 目的探讨口腔颌面部鳞癌手术治疗的临床效果。方法回顾分析2004年1月～2008年6月间手术治疗的口腔颌面部鳞癌36例,Ⅰ期3例,Ⅱ期10例,Ⅲ期12例,ⅣA期11例。3例行原发病灶单纯扩大切除,33例行联合根治术,其中30例行同期重建修复。结果随访6个月～3年,33例术后无复发或转移,术后形态和功能恢复良好;1例术后复发,颅内扩散死亡,1例术后全身骨转移死亡,1例术后因其它疾病死亡。结论手术治疗是提高口腔颌面部鳞癌疗效的主要的有效方法,修复重建则提高了患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of surgical procedures in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods From January in 2004 to June in 2007,surgical procedures in oral squamous cell carcinoma were 36 cases in all.Ⅰstage was 3 cases,Ⅱstage was 10 cases,Ⅲstage was 12 cases andⅣA stage was 11 cases.3 cases primary lesion was cut on surgical procedures.33 cases were cured on combined radical neck dissection and 30 cases in them were cured on repair and reconstruction.Results 36 patients were revisited regularly from 6 months to 3 years.33 patients were restored successfully,appearance and function was well.1 cases were died because of recurrence,1 case was died because of osseous metastasis and 1 cases was died because of others.Conclusion Surgical procedures and repair and reconstruction in effect and quality of oral squamous cell carcinoma was effective method.更多还原
