腮腺肿瘤术保留耳大神经术后观察

【摘要】 目的按照微创理念对腮腺肿瘤进行手术时,保留耳大神经,以减少术后的耳垂麻木和不适。提高生活质量。方法对55例腮腺肿瘤患者行耳大神经的分离保留和术后观察。结果完整切除肿瘤后,患者耳垂麻木不适现象得到改善。结论腮腺肿瘤术中,保留耳大神经可减少术后麻木并发症,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective According to the principle of minimally invasive surgery in parotid tumor,great auricular nerve was remained to reduce ear lobe anaesthesia and unwell feeling,and to elevate life quality of patients.Methods Remaining great auricular nerve in 55 case parotid tumor operation and observing after surgery.Results Afercutting the parotid tumor,the ear lobe anaesthesia and unwell feeling were improved.Conclusion Remaining great auricular nerve in parotid tumor operation can reduce anaesthesia and complication,and elevate life quality of patients.更多还原
