纳米/微米复合二氧化钛改性聚氨酯涂层的耐腐蚀性能研究
Study on corrosion resistance of nano/micro-composite TiO2 modified polyurethane coating
【摘要】 以微米/纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)为复合填料制备了聚氨酯防腐涂层,采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)评估含不同用量纳米TiO2涂层在0.5mol/L氯化钠溶液中的耐腐蚀性,结果表明,纳米二氧化钛能有效提高涂层的抗腐蚀能力,其适宜用量为1.0%~1.5%。热分析(包括DSC和TG)结果表明,在有大尺度填料存在的条件下,添加纳米二氧化钛对涂层的热稳定性影响不大。
【Abstract】 Using nano/micro size composition as filler,a series of anticorrosive polyurethane coatings with different contents of nano-TiO2 particles were prepared.The anticorrosion performance of the coatings in 0.5 mol/L NaCl solution was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results indicated that the nano-TiO2 can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the coating,and its suitable dosage is in range of 1.0%-1.5%.The experiment results of thermal analyses including DSC and TG proved that the nano-TiO2 does not significantly decrease the thermal stability of polyurethane coating under the condition that there exists large-size filler.
