【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies on the testing programs of electronic insulating resistance meters,and offers us a mathematical model building method in the measurement uncertainty analysis of electronic insulating resistance meters.The paper also analyzes the testing influence quantities,and elaborates on the analysis and evolution index regarding its indication measurement uncertainty and the uncertainty of open-circuit voltage measurement,and finally forms a complete set of measurement uncertainty analysis program of electronic insulating resistance meters.更多还原
