ZnO电阻片大电流通过次数与寿命的关系
The Relationship of the Times of Large Current pass through ZnO Varistor and Its Lifetime
【摘要】 从冲击老化机理,冲击老化与冲击电流峰值、波形、作用次数以及环境温度因素的相关性等方面,阐述了ZnO电阻片中流过冲击大电流的次数与寿命的关系。通过试验观察ZnO电阻片在冲击作用下的老化情况,测量ZnO电阻片变化率、功率损耗等参数来反应老化程度,分析了不同冲击电流峰值、不同波形及不同温度下的冲击次数对避雷器寿命的影响。并以此总结出一种反映避雷器大电流通过次数与寿命关系的规律,给出了以超过避雷器标称放电电流一定值的大电流通过避雷器的次数,作为避雷器寿命终结的判据。
【Abstract】 In aspects of the aging mechanism,the relativity between the impulse of arresters’ aging and impulse current peak-value,waveform,number of impact,and environmental temperature,the relationship between the times of large impulse-current going through ZnO varistor and its lifetime was described.And by means of tests,the aging situation of ZnO varistor which was under the effect of impulse-current was observed,the parameters(i.e.the change rate of and power loss) that reflect aging degree was measured.The impact of impulse-current’s times on the arresters,which is under different peak-values,waveforms,environment temperature,was also analyzed.In the end,a discipline was concluded,which reflects the relationship between the times of large current pass through arrester and its lifetime,and a criterion was given,that the times of large current greater than the nominal discharge current of arrester,can be the criterion of the end of arrester lifetime.
