4-羟基-4-[2-(炔丙基氧基)苯基]丁-2-酮的合成及晶体结构
Synthesis and crystal structure of 4-hydroxy-4-(2-(prop-2-ynyloxy)phenyl)butan-2-one
【摘要】 将3-溴丙炔分别与水杨醛和香草醛反应,分别获得4-羟基-4-[2-(炔丙基氧基)苯基]丁-2-酮(1)和3-甲氧基-4-(炔丙基氧基)苯甲醛(2).通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和X射线单晶衍射等手段对其结构进行了表征.结果表明:化合物1除了苯环C原子以外的剩余C原子都处于苯环的同侧,丁基碳链以锯齿形排布;化合物1和2的炔丙基分别保持在一条直线上.
【Abstract】 The novel 4-hydroxy-4-(2-(prop-2-ynyloxy)phenyl)butan-2-one(1)and 3-methoxy-4-(prop-2-ynyloxy)benzaldehyde(2)were prepared by the reaction of 3-bromoprop-1-yne with 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzal-dehyde,respectively.The compounds(1)and(2)were characterized by elemental analyses,1H NMR spectroscopy,FTIR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.In addition to carbon atoms of the benzene ring in compounds(1),the remaining carbon atoms are in the same side of the benzene ring.Carbon atoms of butyl adopt a zigzag conformation.The propargyl in compounds(1) and(2)keep a straight line.
