钛靶膜厚度对中子管性能的影响
The experimental study on the impact of the target film thickness to the properties of the neutron tube
【摘要】 采用热蒸发技术利用钼丝作为灯丝,将纯钛蒸发到陶瓷靶上,得到了钛靶,并研究了钛膜厚度对中子管产额等性能的影响.对3支靶膜厚度(0.8,2.2和6.1μm)的中子管进行了对比,发现钛膜厚度为2.2μm时,中子管的产额最高.同时比较了3支中子管的老练及稳定性.
【Abstract】 The pure titanium film was evaporated on the ceramic target by using the evaporation technique.The impact of the thickness of the titanium film(0.8,2.2,6.1 μm) on the yield of the neutron tube was studied,and the yield of the neutron tube was on optimistic state if the thickness of titanium film was 2.2 μm.The properties of training and stability of neutron tubes with different thick titanium film target were also present.
