【Abstract】 As one government behavior to intervention or restriction and constraint of economic subject,government regulation has important function in maintaining market order and improving the efficiency of resource allocation and promoting the social welfare.Forest resources industry have the attribute of public necessities and it provides externality,and these problems couldn′t be solved by market mechanism,so government regulation become inevitable.This paper presents a series of beneficial exploration for government regulation in forest resources industry based on actual situation of forest resources industry in Songling forest bureau in Daxinganling,including establishment new system on operation and management of state-owned forest and implement incentive regulation for silviculture production and logging operation.更多还原
