无机物与竹醋液复配制剂对中密度纤维板防霉和燃烧性的影响

【摘要】 为拓宽竹醋液的用途及提高中密度纤维板(MDF)的抗霉耐热性能,进行了竹醋液制剂抑菌性及对中密度纤维板防霉和燃烧性能的影响研究。结果表明PW1和PW2竹醋液制剂,对木材霉菌抑菌性能比竹醋液原液明显增强;竹醋液制剂处理的MDF防霉性能提高,空白未处理MDF防霉等级为4级,PW1为0级,PW2为1级。PW1和PW2处理的中密度纤维板与空白板材相比,平均有效燃烧热、热释放速率、总热释放量、质量损失速率和发烟总量降低明显,显著地提高了中密度纤维板耐燃烧性能。

【Abstract】 The antibacterial effects of raw bamboo vinegar and bamboo vinegar preparation on wood mould were studied to open up the utilization of bamboo vinegar and improve the antibacterial properties and fire retardance of middle density fiberboard (MDF).Results showed that the antibacterial activity of PW1 and PW2 bamboo vinegar preparation was greatly improved by mixing with active components.The antibacterial activity of the treated MDF was improved to Grade 4 for bamboo raw vinegar and Grade 0 for PW1,Grade 1 for PW2.The combustibility of the treated MDF was greatly improved compared with the untreated MDF in terms of effective heat of combustion,heat release rate,total heat release,mass loss rate and total smog release.
