使用微孔铝集流体的LiFePO4正极的性能
The performance of LiFePO4 cathode using micro-porous Al current collector
【摘要】 采用直流通断电源,对立方织构大于95%的铝箔进行电解腐蚀,制备表面具有微孔结构的铝集流体。微孔铝集流体与活性物质的结合力增强,降低了界面的阻抗。与光铝箔集流体相比,微孔铝集流体(通电时间为2 s)与LiFePO4组成的正极的首次放电比容量从105.3 mAh/g提高到165.8 mAh/g,高倍率放电性能得到改善。
【Abstract】 The aluminum(Al)current collector with micro-porous structure was prepared by electrolysis corrosing Al foil whose cube texture was greater than 95% using an on-off DC power.The micro-porous Al current collector improved the binding force with the active material and reduced the interface impedance.Compared with light Al foil collector,the initial specific discharge capacity of cathode composed by LiFePO4 and micro-porous Al current collector(conducting time:2 s)increased from 105.3 mAh/g to 165.8 mAh/g,the high-rate discharge performance was improved.
