喷雾干燥-碳热还原法制备的Sn2Sb/C复合材料
Sn2Sb/C composite prepared by spray drying-carbothermal reduction technique
【摘要】 以纳米SnO2、Sb2O3和酚醛树脂为原料,采用喷雾干燥-碳热还原法制备核壳结构的Sn2Sb/C复合材料。XRD、SEM和TEM分析表明:纳米尺寸的Sn2Sb合金均匀分布在碳微球中。恒流充放电测试表明:材料的首次充电比容量为618mAh/g,第20次循环的充电比容量为411.3 mAh/g,容量保持率为66.6%。材料具有较高的可逆比容量和较好的循环性能,是由于碳微球对纳米合金颗粒的分散包覆,抑制了纳米合金颗粒的团聚,缓解了充放电时的体积膨胀。
【Abstract】 The core-shell structure′s Sn2Sb/C composite was prepared by spray drying-carbothermal reduction technique using nano SnO2,Sb2O3 and phenolic resin as raw materials.The XRD,SEM and TEM analyses showed that nano-sized Sn2Sb alloy uniformly distributed in carbon microspheres.The galvanostatic charg-discharge test showed that the initial specific charge capacity of the material was 618 mAh/g,the specific charge capacity was 411.3 mAh/g at the 20th cycle,the capacity retention was 66.6%. With high reversible specific capacity and fine cycle performance the material was ascribed to the nanosized alloy particles uniformly coated by carbon microsphere,which prevented the aggregation of nano-alloy particles and alleviated the volume expansion during charg-discharge process.
