【Abstract】 The current climate the focus of world attention,the United States,France in global trade tariffs on the attitude of the carbon,causing widespread concern and controversy worldwide.Based on the background and carbon tariffs in real terms,analysis of carbon tariffs on the negative impact of China’s economic development,taking into account the future low-carbon economy will become a new economic growth point,which determines the carbon tariff that China must prepare before levy,also put forward our response to carbon tariff policy recommendations.更多还原
