小负荷时天然气发动机点火提前角对排放影响的试验研究

【摘要】 在1台改装的JL465Q5天然气发动机上进行了点火提前角对HC,NOx,CO排放影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:在理论过量空气系数附近,相同过量空气系数条件下,CO排放量随点火提前角变化不大,HC和NOx排放随点火提前角增大而升高;稀燃时,点火提前角对排气中各成分的影响减弱,CO和HC排放几乎不随点火提前角变化而变化,NOx排放随点火提前角增大略有升高。在试验转速及负荷条件下,点火提前角对排放中各成分的影响具有一致性。

【Abstract】 For a refitted JL465Q5 CNG engine,the influence of ignition advance angle on CO,HC and NOx emission was researched by the experiment.The results show that,with the increase of ignition advance angle,the CO emission keeps almost the same,but the HC and NOx emission increase under the condition of the same excessive air coefficient that is near the theoretical value.Under the lean-burn conditions,the influence of ignition advance angle on emission becomes weak.With the increase of ignition advance angle,the CO and HC emission are almost the same and the NOx emission only has a slight increase.At different speeds and loads,the influence of ignition advance angle on emission has the same tendency.
