【摘要】 [目的]系统研究产后羊驼胎盘的形态结构,为研究羊驼胎盘的功能和再利用提供形态学基础。[方法]利用肉眼观察和组织制片技术系统研究羊驼胎盘(胎膜)的大体结构和显微结构。[结果和结论]羊驼胎盘的类型同其他骆驼科动物的胎盘属上皮绒毛膜胎盘,胎膜包括绒毛膜、卵黄囊、尿囊、羊膜及特有的表皮膜。绒毛膜细胞的顶端有巨型多核细胞;表皮膜由多层扁平细胞构成,与其他学者研究不同的是,很多外层细胞中央有扁平的细胞核,但其功能不清。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective]In order to provide morphological basis for studying biological function and application of placenta(fetal membranes)from alpacat,he structure of placenta(fetal membranes)from alpaca was studied systematically.[Method]The structure of alpaca pituitary was studied systematically by macroscopic observation and slice production technology.[Results and Conclusions]The alpaca placenta was placental chorionic epithelium same as camel placenta,whose membranes included choriony,olk saca,llantoisa,mnia and epidermal membrane.A kind of giant multinucleated cells were found on the upper layer of chorion.Epithelial membrane was unique with the flat layers of cellsf,lat nucleus,but its function was unkown.更多还原
