超声波辅助提取苜蓿黄酮工艺的研究
Technology study of total flavonoid extraction from alfalfa by ultrasonic assistance
【摘要】 通过超声波提取方法,对不同浓度乙醇、不同料液比及不同提取时间和提取次数进行单因素实验,并在此基础上对各因素进行正交实验,筛选出苜蓿黄酮超声波提取的最佳提取工艺。正交实验结果表明:各因素水平差异极显著,固液体积比和乙醇浓度是影响提取量的主要因素,提取时间和其他影响较小;最佳提取条件为40%的乙醇,苜蓿草粉50倍量,超声波提取3次,每次40 min,对单因素实验的各因素的最佳条件进行了优化。
【Abstract】 Technology study of total flavonoid extraction from alfalfa was studied bsed on ultrasonic extraction method,and designing different concentrations of methanol,different solid-liquid ratio and different conditions of extraction time.The results showed that the level of each factor were significant difference,and solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration were main factors for flavonoid extraction.Ultrasonic time and the others were minors.The optimization condition for flavonoid extraction was 40% methanol,50 times of the amount of alfalfa power and three times ultrasonic extraction(40 min/time).
