中水灌溉绿地对土壤微生物数量的影响

【摘要】 通过对深圳市罗芳污水厂厂区长期中水灌溉绿地土壤的调查,探讨中水灌溉对土壤微生物类群数量的影响。结果表明,长期中水灌溉下土壤微生物类群数量与清水相比有增加的趋势。在土壤表层(0~20 cm),以细菌的增加最显著(P<0.05),增幅达43.49%~76.22%;其次是放线菌,增幅达7.11%~15.39%;真菌的变化最小,增幅仅达0.96%~3.44%,但放线菌和真菌差异不显著(P>0.05)。土壤含水量与土壤微生物呈不同程度的正相关关系,且中水灌溉下较清水变化更显著。从而表明中水灌溉绿地能够促进土壤微生物的繁衍,有利于植物的生长发育。

【Abstract】 Effect of reclaimed water on soil microorganism community in greenbelt of Shenzhen Luofang Sewage.The result showed that the number of soil microrganism increased irrigated by reclaimed water compared to cleaned water,especially in surface layer(0~20 cm).Bacteria showed significantly increased(P<0.05),43.49%~76.22%,compared to control.Actinomycete,amplitude increased 7.11%~15.39% while fungus 0.96%~3.44%.There was some degree positive correlativity between soil relative water content and quantity of soil microorganism.It was benefit to soil microrganism propagation using reclaimed water irrigation.
