【摘要】 目的:总结和建立猪改良多器官簇移植(包括胃、十二指肠、胰腺和小肠)器官联合切取和修整的方法。方法:先游离多器官簇器官,原位低温灌注后整块切取移植物,将其置于0～4℃高渗枸橼酸盐嘌呤(HCA)液中修整和保存。结果:器官联合切取时间为(133.38±10.25)min,无热缺血时间,冷缺血时间为(198±13.66)min,器官修整时间为(32.75±4.9)min。结论:本动物实验器官联合切取方法,无热缺血时间,可获取高质量的移植器官。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish methods of the graft harvesting and back-table procedures of modified multivisceral transplantation(including the stomach,duodenum,pancreas and small intestine) in a swine model.Methods: First,the multivisceral graft was dissected.After in-situ low-temperature perfusion,the graft was procured en bloc.Finally,it was trimmed and preserved in 0～4℃ HCA fluid.Results: The time of graft harvesting was(133.38±10.25) minutes.There was no warm ischemia time and the cold ischemia time was(198±13.66)minutes.The time of back-table procedures was(32.75±4.95)minutes.Conclusion: This organ harvesting method needs no warm ischemia time and can help harvest high quality multivisceral graft.更多还原
