Pro/E环境下的组合机床主轴箱CAD系统的研究

【摘要】 利用基于Windows操作系统的可视化集成开发环境Visual C++和Pro/E自带的2次开发工具Pro/Toolkit,对Pro/E环境下的组合机床主轴箱CAD系统进行了研究。根据组合机床主轴箱的主要特点和设计要求,利用从组合机床主轴箱设计系统的主轴箱传动方案设计模块得到的零部件主要设计参数,自动生成主轴箱箱体、传动齿轮、传动轴等主要零部件的3维实体模型并装配,并利用Pro/E自身的图形转换功能给出2维工程图,便于后续的制造加工。

【Abstract】 Utilizing a visual integrated development environment for Visual C++ based on the Windows operating system and Pro/Toolkit,the secondary development tool of Pro/E,the modular machine tool spindle box CAD system was researched under the Pro/E environment.According to the main characteristics and the design requirements of spindle box design,main design parameters of components obtained from the transmission scheme design module were used to generate and assemble main components automatically,such as the spindle box body,transmission gear,drive shaft and so on.Then the 2D drawings were produced by its own graphics conversion in order to provide the convenience for subsequent manufacturing process.
