田间与盆栽2种模式对皂荚光合特性的影响

【摘要】 为进一步探讨盆栽模式对树木幼苗光合的影响,以皂荚幼苗为材料,对田间与盆栽2种栽培模式下光合和荧光参数日变化展开了研究。光合日进程研究表明:盆栽皂荚Pn最大值出现在6:00,为5.8μmol/(m2.s),此时Pn、Tr和WUE高于田间,而Rs和Ci低于田间;而田间皂荚Pn最大值出现在10:00,为10.6μmol/(m2.s),此时Pn、Tr和WUE高于盆栽,而Rs和Ci低于盆栽。叶绿素a荧光日进程研究表明:盆栽皂荚Fo、Fm、Fv和Fv/Fm在午前没有降低;而16:00以后,除Fo外,Fm、Fv和Fv/Fm均明显降低,分别降低了23.1%~24.4%、23.1%~36.9%和16.6%~23.1%。说明盆栽模式改变了皂荚光合各参数日变化模式,而且午后盆内供水不足使皂荚叶片光合器官受到伤害。

【Abstract】 The parameters of photosynthesis and leaf chlorophyll a fluorescence in Gleditsia sinensis with the two treatment methods,fielded and potted cultivation,were determined and analyzed in order to further investigate the effects of potted methods on the photosynthesis of tree seedlings.Diurnal variation of photosynthesis demonstrated that when the maximal value of Pn,5.8 μmol/(m2·s) occurred at 6 A.M.in the potted method,Pn,Tr and WUE was higher,and Rs and Ci was lower than the fielded method;whereas the reverse was true when the maximal value of Pn,10.6 μmol/(m2·s) occurred at 10 A.M.in the fielded method.Diurnal variation of chlorophyll a fluorescence demonstrated that Fo,Fm,Fv and Fv/Fm did not have any decrease before noon;whereas Fm,Fv and Fv/Fm,except for Fo,dropped significantly after 16 P.M.,and decreased 23.1%-24.4%,23.1%-36.9% and 16.6%-23.1%,respectively.The results suggested that the patterns of diurnal variation of photosynthetic parameters had been changed in the potted method of G.sinensis,and furthermore the photosynthetic apparatus of the leaves had been damaged due to insufficient water supply in the pots after noon.
