钢筋混凝土梁腐蚀损伤超声检测试验研究
Study on the corrosion damage of reinforced concrete beams based on ultrasonic test data
【摘要】 在役混凝土结构中,钢筋与混凝土间有效的粘结是保证其安全工作的前提。环境对混凝土结构的腐蚀作用可导致钢筋腐蚀并使钢筋与混凝土间的有效粘结大大降低。最终,混凝土结构会因锈蚀钢筋与混凝土间有效粘结的失效而发生破坏。本文通过两种不同配筋间距钢筋混凝土小梁试件在氯盐溶液中的浸泡腐蚀试验,研究了钢筋在不同腐蚀程度下,相同配筋间距小梁,以及相同钢筋腐蚀程度下,不同配筋间距小梁的超声波检测数据与钢筋腐蚀程度的相关关系,研究了钢筋腐蚀程度与超声波波速的一些相关规律,得出了在建立了原始钢筋混凝土超声波检测纪录的情况下,可以利用其某一时刻检测得到的超声波波速来初步估计钢筋混凝土腐蚀损伤程度的结论。这一结论对及时发现混凝土结构的腐蚀程度,并及时采取有效的防护措施具有现实意义。
【Abstract】 The effective bond behavior between steel bar and concrete is an important premise of the safety work of reinforced concrete(RC) structure.RC structure suffering from serious environmental erosion induces the steel bar corrosion and reduced bond strength.Through a permeation experiment in the sodium chloride solution of reinforced concrete beams with two different reinforcement spacing,a certain relation of testing data of the RC beams with different corrosion degrees and same reinforcement spacing or with different reinforcement spacing and same corrosion degrees in ultrasonic experimentation is studied.Through the ultrasonic experimental study of two kinds of RC beams,some related rules between damage accumulation of structure of reinforced concrete and speed of ultrasonic wave are described.Results show that if original ultrasonic wave mensurative records of RC structure exist,the corrosion and damage degree about RC structure can be preliminary estimated through the speed of ultrasonic wave in a certain time.Therefore,the finding can be used to discover the corrosion degree of RC structure and to take precautionary measures in advance.
