用测氯实验废弃物制备硝酸银的方法研究
Method Study on Preparation of Silver Nitrate Using Experimental Waste Discharged From Measuring Chlorine
【摘要】 测氯实验废弃物AgCL沉淀溶于氨水后,在70℃的恒温水浴中被葡萄糖还原为金属银,后者溶于硝酸,制备了测氯实验用试剂——硝酸银。硝酸银的回收率为97.69%,投入产出比为1:21,在获得良好经济效益的同时,达到了实验废弃物"零排放"的环境要求目标。
【Abstract】 Ammonia is used to dissolve the experimental waste which contained silver component discharged from measuring chlorine.After that,glucose solution is used to reduce the component containing Ag+ into silver in a solution whose temperature retained 70℃.Later,silver is dissolved in nitrate,and silver nitrate is produced with recovery rate of 97.69%.The input-output ratio of the experiment reached 1:21,which could meet the environmental requirement for zero discharge of experimental waste,and a good economic result is achieved at the same time.
