【Abstract】 The development and utilization of new energy is a main trend in energy industry development in the future.This article analyses good foundation and favorable conditions for developing wind power,biomass energy and solar energy industry in the city of Qinhuangdao.Based on natural condition,geographical condition and ecological resources,the paper point out the thoughtfulnes that it is neeessary for the governmen to take proper measures which include regulating and guiding to new energy industry,establish new recourse management system,and adopt to supportive policies for the development of new energy industry.By doing this,it is helpful to prompt a rapidly and healthy development of new energy industry in Qinhuangdao city.更多还原
