【摘要】 社区成员自发合作供给是解决城市社区集体物品供给困境的可能路径,但合作供给模式的发育面临个体认知调整及内部制度环境的约束。以南京市42个住宅小区公用电梯的维保更新为例的实证研究表明,包括个人习惯、群体习俗和内在化正式规则等内在制度对社区集体物品的合作供给模式的形成具有重要制约作用。由于内在制度的变迁受制于个体认知和信念的调整,应采用"认知触发"模式进行重点触发、协同触发,以期促进集体物品合作供给习俗的发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cooperative supply is an approach to solve the dilemma of collective goods supply in urban community.But the cooperative model is constraint with individual cognitive adjustment and inner institutional environment.This article takes the elevator maintenance and supply in Nanjing residential for example,and finds out that the inner institutions involving individual habit,community convention and formal regular play an important role in the creation of cooperative supply model.As the change of inner institutions is relative to the adjustment of individual cognitive and faith,we should take the "cognitive trigger" to facilitate the creation of cooperative supply convention of collective goods in urban community.更多还原
