【摘要】 辅导员是大学生在校期间接触最多、影响最深的群体,辅导员队伍的素质的高低,将直接影响大学生的发展。随着"90"后大学生群体的出现和网络的频繁使用,社会对高职院校辅导员队伍提出了更多更高的要求,辅导员角色紊乱和缺乏专业化发展的问题显得愈益突出。高职院校在调整辅导员结构和引进新的学生管理方法管理手段的同时,有必要对辅导员进行双重身份管理,构建一支高效、稳定的专业化辅导员队伍,从而充分发挥辅导员的引导和教育作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Counselors on campus are the group which has frequent contact with the college students and has everlasting influence on them.The quality of counselors will directly affect the development of students in higher vocational colleges.With the emergence of the post-90s college students and the frequent use of network,the society raises higher demand for counselors in higher vocational colleges.The disorder of counselors’ role and lack of professionalization become the common problems among the counselors’ group and get increasingly prominent.Based on the adjustment of counselors’ group structure and the introduction of new ways to manage,higher vocational colleges should take duel roles of counselors into consideration during the counselors management and build an efficient,stable and professional counselors’ group to bring the counselors’ guidance and instruction into full play.更多还原
