复杂环境条件下地铁隧道下穿燃气管线加固技术
Strengthening technology for subway tunnel across the gas pipe under complex conditions
【摘要】 地铁隧道掘进对地下管线的影响已成为当前地铁工程中的重点问题.结合深圳地铁5号线深民区间隧道下穿梅龙路燃气管线的工程实践,基于现场量测结果,找到了前期地表沉降规律,分析了隧道开挖对燃气管线的影响.针对地表和管线沉降过大可能引起燃气管线破坏的实际情况,按照管线埋置深度,提出了分级控制地表和管线沉降的措施:对于埋深较浅段,采取了明挖加固法;对于埋深相对较大段,采用地表加固和洞内加固相结合的方法.现场监测结果表明:保护措施有效地控制了地表和管线的沉降量,确保了燃气管线的安全,对类似工程有一定的参考价值.
【Abstract】 The influence of subway tunnel construction for the gas pipe is one main question in the subway project.Base on the project of Shenmin section tunnel of Shenzhen Metro No.5 across the gas pipe near the Meilong Bridge,the surface settlement law is summarized according to the monitoring results,and the effect of tunnel excavation on the gas pipe is analyzed.According to embedding depth of gas pipe,the measurements controlling the settlement of surface and pipeline are put forward.For the shallow-buried pipe,open cut method is used.And for the deep-buried pipe,the methods of surface reinforcement and strengthening the surrounding rock from the tunnel face are adopted,which has the effective action on controlling the surface settlement.These measures can ensure the safety of gas pipe,and provide important reference value.
