【摘要】 我国公共文化产品供给存在一些问题,如由于公共部门垄断,纯公共文化产品供给总量不足、供给效率低下;市场准入壁垒导致准公共文化产品资金来源单一、寻租现象普遍、公共福利损失等。政府有必要依据纯度对公共文化产品进行分类,从而确定不同公共文化产品的供给方式。纯公共文化产品应由政府供给,要加强政府投入、增加供给数量;对准公共文化产品的供给则要加强监管,做到政府监管与市场供给相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 There exist such problems in the supply of public cultural products as the monopoly of public departments and inadequate and inefficient supply of pure cultural products.Market access barriers cause singular source of the fund for cultural products and the loss of public welfare.Ii is necessary for the government to research on public cultural products and then classify public cultural products according to the degrees of purity in order to determine their supply modes.This paper suggests that pure public cultural products be provided by the government,and quasi public cultural products be supervised severely so that government supervision and market supply can be combined.更多还原
