【Abstract】 In order to improve railway passenger service quality and enhance its market competitiveness, constructing the railway passenger integrated service information system is essential.On the basis of the progresses of railway passenger service information system in foreign countries with consideration of recent situation in our country, the paper analyzes the demands of this information system, and put forwards the proposals aiming at existing key issues.更多还原
