【摘要】 城市发展到一定阶段,众多工程管线为了争抢有限的地下空间常常发生冲突,不利于城市的建设和正常运行。本文以台州市区为例,讨论了编制管线综合规划的新思路,着重探讨了综合规划与专业规划的一体化编制方法、现状与规划管道的有机衔接、规划管理体制的革新等,也对平面和竖向管线综合布置的边界条件进行了一定的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid urbanization,the increasing underground pipelines are competing for the underground space,which is imposing negative effect on the construction and operation of the municipal infrastructure.Based on a case study of Taizhou,this paper offers new thoughts on the planning of underground pipelines such as the integration of master plan and dedicated engineering plan,the coordination between existing and planned pipelines,and the reform of planning administration as well as the vertical arrangement of pipelines.更多还原
