【摘要】 国外的住宅日照标准研究对我国住宅日照标准的修改、完善与实施具有一定的借鉴意义。本文通过对前苏联、英国、法国、日本、韩国、德国、美国和我国台湾地区日照标准的解析,在法规形式、法律效力、使用范围、技术内容、技术细节等多方面进行了对比,明确了我国住宅日照标准与其他国家、地区之间的一致性与差异性,对其进一步发展提出了意见建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The overseas sunlight and daylight standards of residential buildings would be reference to the improvement and implementation of that standard in China.In this paper,the sunlight standards of the former Soviet Union,UK,France,Japan,Korea,Germany,America and China’ Taiwan region are compared in the form of regulations,legal effect,scope,technical contents and details etc.,the consistency and difference between China and other countries or regions are clarified.Finally,recommendations and suggestions are given for the further development of sunlight standard.更多还原
