【摘要】 介绍了北京市昌平新城东部新区商务中心区的城市设计方案。从区位和自然及社会禀赋,明确了其作为中央游憩商业区的定位。围绕此功能定位,提出城市设计应以生态与人文城市理念为核心,进行城市空间设计,体现在:充分利用场地及其附近的自然条件,通过营造内湖,抬高水面和水城相穿插,创造滨水游憩空间,构建滨水城市阳台和空中画廊;通过将核心区的街道下沉,形成城市绿谷,营造冬暖夏凉的微气候,并通过立体交通处理,与滨水带连为一体,形成步行友好的休闲商业环境;在建筑布局上采用合院方式,营造宜人的空间和良好的微气候;方案打破常规的建筑退红线做法,通过建立穿越地块的步行绿道,形成城市步行绿道网络,与公交系统有机结合,形成绿色交通网络。通过具体案例,提出了与洪水为友建立"城—水"关系、"反滨江路"、景观都市主义、低碳城市及矫正建筑退红线的控制法则等一系列城市设计观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the award winning urban design scheme for the Central Area of the New Town of Changping District, Beijing. The design positions the new city center as an RBD (the Recreational Business District) based on its location and surrounding natural and social situations. The design strategies are concentrated on the creation of an ecological and livable city that sustains the function of the RBD. These strategies include: the creation of an raised lake to mitigate the big elevation difference between the development zone and the wetland at beside, and brings water to the city to create a recreational water front; The creation of a green valley and a peninsular RBD core in the center, which connects through the under pass to the waterfront, and creates a sole pedestrian zone, meanwhile it is an adaptive green solution to the summer heat and winter cold wind; The creation of courtyard-like architectural blocks as a reference to the vernacular culture of old Beijing and as an adaptive strategy to the harsh climate in this area; The creation of a greenway network that cuts across the building blocks and connects to the public transportation system, and together to form an overall green transportation system. Using this case study, the author is able to question multiple conventional urban design and development strategies and propose new approaches, including making friends with flood, say no to a water front highway, landscape urbanism, and give a second thought to the setback for wider than necessary greenbelt along the urban streets.更多还原
