【Abstract】 The key issues of speeding up the construction of an energy-saving and ecofriendly Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolis is to build a low-carbon urban agglomeration,to promote energy conservation,and to keep energy consumption and carbon emissions at a low level.Opportunities and challenges coexist in this process.Location,resources,talents,science and technology,and infrastructure conditions provide a good opportunity for development,while the issues of heavy chemical industrial structure,resource consumption and environmental pollution are the challenges.Based on the requirement of building an energysaving and eco-friendly society,the construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan low-carbon urban agglomeration shall strengthen the innovation of low-carbon technology,low-carbon industrial distribution,the utilization of low-carbon energy and the development of low-carbon consumption and marketing.更多还原
