【摘要】 近年来,我国人口老龄化呈持续加剧之势,关注老年人的居住生活方式,探索养老住宅产业发展模式具有十分重要的现实意义。特别是在北京、天津等特大城市,房价飞涨,环境喧嚣,养老住宅产业的发展面临种种困难,举步为艰。值得庆幸的是,京津冀都市圈的区域一体化进程加速,冀北地区小城市与北京、天津互补性很强,养老住宅产业的发展可以从区域的角度统筹规划,协调发展,既可以解决部分大城市老人的养老问题,又可以促进周边小城市的发展,另外,还能在一定程度上抑制大城市房价的过快上涨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s aging population is continually increased.Paying attention to the living patterns of senior citizens and exploring the development model of housing industry for the aged have great practical significance.Especially in Beijing,Tianjin and other mega-cities,with soaring prices and noise,the development of housing industry for the aged faced with all sorts of difficulties.Fortunately,the region integration process is accelerated in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan areas.The small cities in northern Hebei and Beijing,Tianjin,are highly complementary,and the development of housing industry for the aged should be overall planning and coordinated development from a regional perspective.We can not only solve the retirement problem for some senior citizens,but also promote the development of the surrounding small cities,in addition,to a certain extent,inhibit the housing prices rising too quickly.更多还原
