【Abstract】 he global cities are generally facing the double pressure from energy crisis and environmental degradation. Low-carbon economy has therefore become the trend of world economy and social development. In this paper, the initiation, development and trends of low-carbon economy are firstly reviewed. Then the latest results and experiences from the domestic and international low-carbon efforts in city traffic are studies. It is therefore predictable that use of electric vehicles will become the trend of the city traffic in both private and public traffic, and that this trend will definitely influence the structure of the whole city traffic.更多还原
