卢浦大桥钢结构桥梁除湿技术浅谈
Elementary Discussion on Dehumidity Technique of Steel Structure Bridge for Lupu Bridge
【摘要】 在跨江、海大桥运行建造史上,由于长期处在较高的温度环境中,桥梁结构腐蚀生锈的现象时有发生,使得桥梁的维护、保养及安全工作量增大。该文介绍了上海卢浦大桥除湿系统的设计,采用转轮除湿设备对钢结构内部进行干燥除湿防腐保护,使钢结构内部的空气相对湿度控制在一定范围内,确保大桥的正常寿命及安全运行。
【Abstract】 In the history of crossing-river and sea bridge operation and construction, the corrosion and rust of the bridge structure occur sometimes because of being at the high temperature environment for a long time to make the maintenance and safety work quantities of the bridge increase. The article introduces the design of dehumidity system for Shanghai Lupu Bridge, uses the rotary dehumidity equipment to implement the drying, dehumidity and anti-corrosive protection so as to make the relative humidity of air within the steel structure being controlled in the certain of range and ensure the normal service life and safe operation of the bridge.
