基于子结构建模方法的虚拟式模态分析仪的实现

【摘要】 为了解决实验模态分析和计算模态分析之间的兼容性问题,并快速简洁以及准确地实现几何结构建模,根据模态分析的基本原理,引入子结构的思想,提出一种基于子结构面向图元对象的结构模型,从而在实验模态分析和计算模态分析的不同层次之间采用统一的架构。进而利用虚拟仪器技术和OpenGL三维图形接口技术,实现了模态分析仪的输入输出功能,成功研制出虚拟式模态分析仪,并成功应用于机械结构的模态试验和分析。

【Abstract】 The idea of sub-structure is introduced based on the basic principle of modal analysis for solving the compatibility problem between experimental modal analysis and computational modal analysis, and realizing geometric structure modeling easily and accurately. Furthermore, a structure model based on sub-structure and object-oriented on the graphic cell geometrical model based on the substructure is put forward to take a uniform architecture among different levels between experimental modal analysis and computational modal analysis. Then the virtual instrument technology and OpenGL three dimensional graph interface technology are used to realize the input and output function of modal analysis instrument, and the virtual modal analyzer is developed successfully and applied for the modal experiments and analysis of mechanical structure.
