【摘要】 结蜡对石油的开采、运输及炼制各个环节都会产生一定的影响。随着石油工业的发展,清蜡技术也日臻完善。概述了清蜡技术在近几十年内的发展状况,介绍了各种清蜡法及其应用。着重研究了溶剂清蜡法中的油基清蜡剂法,通过对几种典型清蜡溶剂的测试,研究油基清蜡剂的组成条件和特性,优选溶剂并按不同比例复配,确定最优比例得到溶蜡协同效应很好的高效油基清蜡剂。再以油基清蜡剂为基础,测试不同的表面活性剂的乳化性能,复配表面活性剂,进而制备了性能优良的乳液型清蜡剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wax deposition has influence on the production, transportation and refining of crude oil. With the development of petroleum industry, the paraffin remover technology has been much developed. It introduces the development within decades of the paraffin remover technology, various kinds of paraffin remover methods and their application. This paper focuses on the oil-based paraffin remover technology. The high efficiency oil-based paraffin remover has been developed by testing several model of paraffin remover, selecting optimized solvents by remixing in different proportion. Based on the oil-based paraffin remover, the emulsification performance of different surfactants has been tested, and the surfactants have also been remixed to prepare the good performance emulsion paraffin remover.更多还原
