多相流条件下支撑裂缝导流能力实验研究
Experimental Research on Flow Conductivity of Propping Fracture under Multiphase Flow
【摘要】 运用API标准导流室和多功能裂缝导流能力测试系统,对多相流条件下支撑裂缝导流能力的变化进行研究,考察不同气液比、不同闭合压力、不同铺砂浓度下对不同粒径支撑剂的裂缝导流能力。结果表明:多相流的产生使支撑裂缝导流能力大幅度降低;铺砂浓度越高,多相流造成的导流能力损失越小;大粒径支撑剂可以减小高闭合压力下多相流造成的导流能力的损失。
【Abstract】 In the paper,it uses the API standards for diversion cell and self-developed multi-functional analysis of fracture conductivity test system for multiphase flow conditions to study the changes of fracture conductivity.The experiment tests the flow conductivity of propping fracture under different gas-liquid ratio,closure pressure and paved-sand content.The results show that:as a result of the emergence of multi-phase flow,racture conductivity will seriously reduce;the higher paved-sand concentration,the smaller loss of conductivity by multiphase flow; large diameter proppant can reduce the loss of conductivity by multiphase flow.
