【摘要】 通过对水泥基自流平砂浆组成材料对其性能的影响及作用机理的分析,掌握了组成材料的影响特性,开发出了高质量、经济型、快硬性水泥基自流平砂浆。试验结果表明:研制的水泥基自流平砂浆20min扩展度达145mm,30min扩展度大于130mm;24h抗折、抗压强度达4.4MPa、13.8MPa;砂浆硬化表面光滑平整,材料成本价格仅600元/吨左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 The compositon,characteristics and the interactions of the composition materials are studied and as a result,we developed the high-quality,economical,fast-hard cement-based self-leveling mortar by studying the impact of composition materials on the cement-based self-leveling mortar properties and mechanism.The results showed that the development of cement-based self-leveling mortar is 20min extended degree vs 145mm,while 30min extended degree ≥ 130mm vs 24h flexural,compressive strength ≥ 4MPa,≥ 12MP against mortar hardening smooth surface.The material cost price is only 600 yuan/ton.更多还原
