【Abstract】 There are such prominent problems as contradiction,no unified standards,etc. in the English references of the various academic journals in China. This paper puts forward further standardizing the citation of English references in China’s academic journals by improving it from the aspects of the makers,authors,editors,etc. of China’s standards for English references based on the America standards for references. This paper compares three major American English reference styles,namely MLA,APA and Chicago style,with related Chinese standards for English reference,based on which this paper analyzes some of the very important issues still existing in English reference formation and by integrating similarities and differences of Chinese and foreign journals,proposes some feasible recommendations from a theoretical perspective.更多还原
