WDXRF法测定Zr-Nb合金中Nb含量
Determination of Nb Content in Zr-Nb Alloy by WDXRF
【摘要】 介绍了用波长色散X射线荧光(WDXRF)法测定Zr-Nb合金中Nb含量的分析方法。该方法将样品溶解,加载于滤纸片上,制成滤纸试样片,用X射线荧光光谱仪测定试样片中Nb含量。该方法简便、快速、准确,对Nb质量分数在1.0%~8.0%的Zr-Nb合金样品,测量结果的相对标准偏差(RST)不大于0.8%(n=6)。
【Abstract】 The solution of the dissolved Zr-Nb alloy was adsorbed in filter paper,and it was made into a thin paper specimen.The content of Nb in Zr-Nb alloy was determined by WDXRF.The method is simple and rapid.When Nb content in sample is 1.0%~8.0%,the relative standard derivation (n=6) is less than 0.8%.
