锂离子电池安全性能影响因素分析
Influencing Factors on Safety Characteristics of Li-Ion Batteries
【摘要】 锂离子电池作为可靠的能源已经广泛应用于小型电源驱动设备,但由于热稳定性引起的安全问题,其使用在大型电池特别是用于电动汽车(EV)和混合动力汽车(HEV)的动力锂离子电池方面受到限制。本文从锂离子电池材料和制作工艺两个方面分析影响锂离子电池安全性能的因素,并进一步分析锂离子电池组安全性的关键问题。
【Abstract】 Li-ion rechargeable batteries have been widely used as a reliable energy source for portable electronic devices,but the use in large power and high capacity,such as EV(Electrical Vehicle) and HEV(Hybrid Electrical Vehicle),is limited due to safety concerns associated with the thermal stability.In this paper,the influencing factors on the safety characteristics of Li-ion batteries were analyzed from the materials and the manufacturing process.The key safety problems of the Li-ion packs are further introduced.
