【摘要】 研究了较低的能量、蛋白水平下,日粮中添加维生素D3(VD3)对0～6周龄肉仔鸡的影响。玉米-豆粕型日粮,0～3周龄和4～6周龄代谢能和粗蛋白分别为12.13MJ/kg、20.0%和12.55MJ/kg、18.0%。单因素三水平试验设计,3个VD3添加水平分别为(IU/kg):200、400和800。将540只1日龄AA肉仔鸡(公母各半)随机分为9组,每组3个重复,每重复20只。结果:本试验中,日粮添加VD3200、400IU/kg不能满足肉仔鸡生长和骨骼代谢的需要,添加量800IU/kg较为适宜;日粮添加VD3对血液指标影响不明显,因此,血液指标只能作为判定日粮维生素是否缺乏的辅助指标,要研究维生素的需要量还需要依靠生物学方法来进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trial was conducted to study the effects of dietary VD3 on the performance in Broiler aged 0～6weeks under the condition of low level of dietary energy and protein.Corn-soybean meal basal diet were made with ME 12.13 MJ/kg and CP 20.0% during 0～3weeks,and with ME 12.55 MJ/kg and CP 18.0% during 4～6weeks.The trial was designed as a single factorial arrangement with three levels of VD3 200,400,800IU/kg.540 one-day old broilers were allocated into 9 different groups with three repeats each of 20 birds.The results showed that:Adding VD3 200,400 IU/kg into diet were too low to growth and bone metabolism in broiler aged 0～6weeks and adding VD3 800 IU/kg is fit to them.A biological method should be used to study VD3 nutrition requirement,because serum parameters were not affected significantly by dietary VD3,and they only could be the accessorial signs to judge if the broiler lacked dietary VD3.更多还原
