星形阳离子聚丙烯酰胺对废纸浆的助留助滤作用

【摘要】 研究了星形阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(S-CPAM)对漂白废新闻纸脱墨浆的助留助滤作用,并探讨了浆料体系的剪切力、pH值等因素对S-CPAM助留助滤效果的影响。结果表明:S-CPAM对废纸浆具有较好的絮凝作用,所引发形成的絮凝体结构较致密,在保证纸料留着率和滤水性能的同时,成纸的匀度较好。抄造体系的剪切作用、pH值在碱性范围内等因素对S-CPAM的作用效果有不利影响。但S-CPAM对高剪切力有一定的抵抗能力,且在较宽的pH值范围内有较好的助留助滤效果。

【Abstract】 Star-shaped cationic polyacrylamide(S-CPAM) was investigated as retention aid for the retention system of bleached deinked old newsprint(ONP).The effects of shearing and pH value on the retention and drainage performance of S-CPAM were also investigated.The results show that S-CPAM can provide higher furnish retention and favour furnish drainage,while has no negative effect on sheet formation.Hydrodynamic shear and pH value can decrease the efficiency of S-CPAM.But S-CPAM has an ability to resist the shearing and has a perfect performance in a wider pH range.
